I've been looking everywhere for you!

Hello Blog friends! Yesterday after picking up Sophia from school we stopped at a sketchy little grocery that I don't love to frequent. She was starving though and I had no snacks in the car. To my surprise I found these little lovelies on the shelf!

These are 3 of the 4 new flavors by LaraBar! I LOVE the new polka dot packages! The only one missing is carrot cake! But I did find Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Chocolate Chip Brownie, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. I have been looking everywhere for these bad boys so you can imagine my surprise that the sketchy little grocery had them!

So far I have only tasted the Cookie Dough and it was pretty good, although I must admit I am a big fan of the fruity flavors. I thought these chocolaty flavors would be good  for sticking in your purse when you go see a movie or for when you just need a chocolate fix!

For those of you who have never tried Lara Bars, what makes them different than most "bars" on the market is the very small ingredients list on the back. They only have a handful of ingredients and I promise you will be able to pronounce and recognize them all because they are 100% real food! They make a perfect on the go snack and taste delicious! (I sound like a commercial, I promise they are not paying me)

My favorite flavors are Apple Pie, Coconut, Key Lime Pie, and Lemon and I can't wait to get my hands on the new carrot cake! I usually buy my LaraBars at Meijer or Kroger. Also any health food store will sell them too!

Let me know if try any of these out, and let me know if you see the carrot cake flavor anywhere!

Peace, love, and polka dot packages!

  1. Ok you should really tell me the name of this "sketchy little grocery" so I can indulge also!
I haven't been able to find the new flavors anywhere either! I'm pretty stuck on the peanut butter flavor, though.
I've been watching at Nature's Pharm, hoping they'll get the new flavors, but not yet!

  2. Ha, Denise it's the Kroger in Southern Plaza right off of U.S. 31. My daughter goes to the Montessori School across the street. This isn't my favorite Kroger. I was shocked that they had them! Let me know if you go get them. I'm curious what you think of them!

  3. I'm so jealous! I've been looking everywhere for the new Larabars (Kroger, Walmart, Target, Meijer, GNC, AND the Vitamin Shoppe), and still no luck! Poor Avon's behind the times
