My New Obsession

This my friends is Pumpkin Pie in a bowl! I LOVE me some pumpkin pie! Just ask my Mama. In high school I was know to eat a whole pumpkin pie from Kroger from time to time. 
12 ounces of carrot juice
1 raw sweet potato peeled and chopped
1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
1 or 2 packets of Stevia
1/2 avocado, pitted

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. WOWZA!

  4. Reminds me of the pumpkin smoothies that I make that are so incredibly tasty! hmmmm, I wonder if I can work one of those in soon???
    Sweet potatoes are favorites of mine - I bake one at least once a week - sometimes a couple at a time, then take one to work for lunch. So yummy!
