2-10-10

Today is day one! I am really trying hard to beat the winter time wanna sleep all day syndrome. Today we had a 2 hour delay at school! Love those days!

Today's training- 20 minute easy pace run on the treadmill

Today's Food
B- 1 cup of organic oatmeal with 1tsp. cinnamon & 1tsp. agave syrup, 8 0z ff milk
L- Organic salad with 1 egg,1sp. sunflower seeds, grape tomatoes, and organic Godess dressing & an organic apple
S- mini 2 bite cupcake and a handful of almonds
D- 3 tacos w/organic turkey, corn, cheese,& sour cream
